1. Movement:
We all know the importance of this! It is key for physical and mental health.
2. Clean eating:
What you fuel your body with is pertinent to every aspect of your health.
3. Self compassion:
The relationship you have with yourself sets the foundation for your emotional and mental health
4. Gratitude:
Practicing gratitude is a ritual that changes your lens - and is pertinent to mental health and perspective.
5. Community:
Accountability is key to change. No one can heal in isolation. Together we are stronger!

Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. She had utilized natural health remedies since age 10 when an ND cured her of health issues that western medicine failed to remedy.
Dr. Larry runs a private practice and group wellness program founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become their best version.
