Dates and Details

 

The Rituwell™ August immersive will run 4 weeks from Tuesday, August 8th  – Friday, September 1st (excluding weekends)

 

This comprehensive program will provide you with the education, guidance, and accountability you need to build the foundational habits and rituals required for ultimate health.   

 

*These sessions will happen on zoom – LIVE in real time. They will be recorded if you cannot attend live.

 

Details and Dates:

Morning Study

25 mins/day at 7:20 am 

Repetition is KEY to change.  The thoughts and activities you engage in first thing in the morning will impact your whole day.  Starting your day with intention and inspiration is a game changer for growth, momentum and results.  That is why it is the central part of this program

August morning sessions will be held Monday - Friday,  from 7:20 am – 7:45 am. (25 mins - live on zoom).  These sessions will be led by Dr. Jodi and her team.

It is encouraged that you show up live as much as possible. We aim for progress, not perfection. So if you miss a call – listen to the recording and do the practice at some point in the day!

Weekly Coaching with Dr. Jodi Larry, ND, CDWF, YT

Intention creates direction. Create a weekly roadmap for your wellness goals each week.

 

1-hour coaching session with Dr. Jodi on Mondays to kick off the week.   (August dates: Tuesday August 8th, Monday August 14, 21 and 28th)

Each week will start with a 1-hour call to help get you clear on your goals, action steps, and intentions for the week.

These calls will start your week with inspiration, purpose, and motivation!

These sessions are aimed to give you a roadmap to follow each week to reach your wellness goals.

We then support you every day to ensure you keep moving forward! 

 

Daily and Unlimited accountability and support - Geneva app

 

Community and accountability are critical pillars for Rituwell. 

We stay connected through the Geneva app daily - to stay inspired, share wins, visit focused, and ask questions!

We also use this app to practice the Rituwell pillars of gratitude, self-compassion, and community. 

Clean Food and Recipe inspiration

Clean food is a foundational pillar.  We will make sure you are inspired weekly with new recipes that are simple and full of nutrients to keep you thriving!

I'm Dr. Jodi Larry, ND

 

Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. She had utilized natural health remedies since age 10 when an ND cured her of health issues that western medicine failed to remedy.

Dr. Larry runs a private practice and group wellness program founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become their best version. In addition, Dr. Larry is the CEO and Founder of Rituwell™ - a wellness brand dedicated to teaching people the foundational principles of health - mind, and body.

Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts.

Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies. After 16 years of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor - Dr. Larry believes five important rituals set the foundation for your health. They are Movement, Clean Food, Self Compassion, Gratitude, and Community.
