Starting with a workshop session led by Dr. Larry, each of these classes focuses on a theme or topic, with a cooking class to follow, led by Carolyn, based on the concepts discussed.

As a woman, understanding our hormones is really pertinent, since they are a very central impact on every stage in our female lives. This class will talk about what we can do through our diet to help best support hormonal balance which affects our mood, sleep, PMS, hot flashes, bloating, perimenopause. The foods and recipes will focus on hormonal balance, PMS Combat and so much more!

A first of its kind collaboration that invites you to deeply shift your internal world and reimagine your external habits with food.
Do you feel out of control with food? Do you commit to eating nutritiously during the day and binge at night? Do you beat yourself up because your body doesn't look the way you want? Do you compare yourself to others ? Do you want to feel more comfortable in your skin? We've been dreaming of collaborating on a workshop for years - blending both of our backgrounds and experience to offer a program that would create high-level shifts in deeper ways.
This Daring Way TM workshop offers a safe space to explore how vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness show up in your life and how they influence your relationship with food. Based on the ground-breaking research of Brené Brown, we offer the tools you need to restructure your internal world, reshape destructive habits, and treat yourself with kindness, respect, and self-value.
Sandra Lax brings years of experience as a facilitator for The Daring Way". Jodi Larry, co-facilitator, is the founder of Cleanse for Life. She brings a wealth of knowledge about choosing foods that serve your body, decrease stress and lead to increased vitality, both internally and externally. Most people know in their cognitive mind how to eat clean and how great it feels, but putting that into action can be something else. We'll explore what gets in the way.
