KICK YOUR SUGAR HABIT WORKSHOP AND COOKING CLASS - 201 - THE MIND

This is a great class for people who have taken the first Kick the Sugar habit workshop, and want to build on their knowledge. The focus in Dr. Jodi’s education will be on understanding how the mind plays into our habits and addictions, especially something as addictive as refined sugar! If you feel out of control when it comes to eating sugar, and it is affecting your health in any way - low energy, mood, or weight to name a few! This workshop is for you. You will leave armed with an understanding and awareness on how important the mind is, when it comes to making changes with really addictive foods like sugar.

Carolyn will then move into a full cooking class for harm reduction! Using only clean ingredients, she will teach you how to nourish your sweet cravings, without harming your body!!

A full meal will be served at each class, as well as tastes of all the healthy treats!

Carolyn Cohen, Chef, O.T. will then teach a full cooking class cooking using foods discussed.  All the recipes will be easily digestible and will focus on foods that will foster a healthy digestive environment, healthy bowel movements and decrease bloating and gas. Focused on good-for-you ingredients without sacrificing taste, these will be staple recipes you can use to help keep your digestive system healthy and cravings satisfied
