The Cooking Component:
Carolyn Cohen, Chef, O.T. will then teach a full cooking class cooking using foods discussed. All the recipes will be easily digestible and will focus on foods that will foster a healthy digestive environment, healthy bowel movements and decrease bloating and gas.
