The Naturopathic Component:

Dr. Jodi Larry, N.D. will educate you with all the information you need on how to use food and supplements to keep your immune system strong and healthy. We will be talking about the natural flu protocol, what herbs to take for chronic and annoying coughs, sinus congestion and to keep your system strong. We will also be addressing how to decrease intensity and duration of viruses. The information in this workshop, is a must for anyone living in a cold climate through the winter

The Cooking Component:

Carolyn Cohen, Chef, O.T. will then teach a full cooking class cooking using foods discussed.  All the recipes will be armed with immune boosting properties and will focus on foods that will foster a healthy, strong system!. Focused on good-for-you ingredients without sacrificing taste, these will be staple recipes you will use to keep you and your family warm and nourished through the winter season
