As a woman, understanding our hormones is really pertinent, since they are a very central impact on every stage in our female lives. This class will talk about what we can do through our diet to help best support hormonal balance which affects our mood, sleep, PMS, hot flashes, bloating, perimenopause.  The foods and recipes will focus on hormonal balance, PMS Combat and so much more!
