Thursday April 11, 6:30-9pm, Friday April 12, 9am-5pm, Saturday April 13, 9am-5pm

Daring Greatly™ teaches us how to cultivate a growing sense of enough-ness so that we get out of our own way, show up, be seen and live brave in our lives. It’s about doing worthy work. Taking off the armour and moving to a place of truth and connection, creating a life of meaning and fulfilment — one in line with our deepest desires.

This interactive workshop is based on Dr. Brené Brown’s 15+ years of ground-breaking research. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent and lead. We offer you the tools needed to restructure your internal world, to treat yourself with value and thus those around you in kind.

Sandra Lax, a Masters Level Social Worker, brings years of experience as a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and mental health and addictions specialist. She is the founder of Sandra Lax Counselling, a private practice based in Toronto. Jodi Larry is a Naturopathic Doctor and founder of Cleanse for Life. She offers a wealth of knowledge about choosing foods that serve your body to decrease stress and increase vitality.
