TRANSITIONING WISELY - A GOAL AND INTENTION SETTING WORKSHOP

I aim to live my life with intention.  Always reflecting, pausing, looking at what is working and what is not - how I want to grow into a better version of myself - on all levels.  Living with intention breeds growth and change on all levels.

In this busy rat race that we live, if we do not take time to pause, and reflect - time flies by and we miss it all! We miss the opportunity to create the changes our hearts desire, and we get flung back into old routines.  Movement and change takes carving out time to listen to our hearts, and our souls.

I am really excited to be offering this space for YOU.  To pause, reflect and grow together in community.

Its time to create what we desire in our life.  Not in a few years when things settle down, or the kids get older, or…..NOW!

We will be looking at 5 different elements of our life, and creating goals and intentions together around these elements

  1. PHYSICAL HEALTH GOALS - this will encompass food and nutrition, supplements, hydration, exercise, movement

  2. EMOTIONAL HEALTH GOALS - what emotions need tending to, what needs to be worked on, what is getting in the way,  what is the environment like in your mind? What goals do you want to set around slowing down, meditation, breath work, keeping the mind calm

  3. COMMUNITY/RELATIONSHIPS - friendships, relationships, children - what do you want to change? What time do you want to carve out for these important relationships in your life

  4. TECHNOLOGY - are you happy with your social media/phone use? What do you want to change around this?

  5. RELATIONSHIP TO SELF - where are you at with this? What needs to be worked on? What do you want to be aware of? What do you need to accept?

TOGETHER _ IN COMMUNITY - WE will be dissecting the importance of all of these important factors in your life and your health.

We will be setting goals, intentions and we will hold each other up in achieving these goals - together.  Courage is contagious - and no one can do it alone.

WE ALL DESERVE TO LIVE THE LIFE OF OUR DREAMS, and we all deserve this - NOW.

*Everyone will leave the workshop with a special crystal to hold and seal their intention.  As well as information on how crystals can help with goal setting and intentions.
