The Rituwell™ Foundational program is a 10-day RESET designed to educate you on the tools you need to impact your health and well-being for the long term positively. I have led this program for over 17 years, and the results are always impactful!
There is no crazy magic pill here; when you focus on eating well, moving your body, being aware of your inner world, and doing this in the community, you thrive! When one of these pieces is missing, you are in an imbalance, and your body's symptoms will show you there is something off.
The Rituwell™ Foundational Reset is not about quick fixes or temporary solutions. We don't believe in fasting, juicing, shakes, or tons of supplements. Instead, our program is centered on whole, nourishing foods that heal the system and create long-term balance and optimized health.
The 10 day Reset includes:

Three educational sessions led by Dr. Jodi Larry, ND (LIVE on Zoom). We urge you to attend live; recordings will be available if this is not possible. Wednesdays November 20, 27 and Dec 4th 2024 at 12 pm EST
- Session 1 - The How, and the Why. You will leave this session with a full understanding into the science behind WHY we embark on this important journey. We will also do a full prep, so you are armed and ready to go! This session happens before the RESET start day, so you still have plenty of time to prep!
- Session 2 - Day 3 check in! This will be an opportunity to check in, ask questions LIVE in real time, and get remotivated to complete this journey! We will also start to explore concepts of self compassion, and relaxation as they relate to habit change
- Session 3 - Final day of the reset! We will discuss next steps and moving forward

I'm Dr. Jodi Larry, ND
Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. After 18 years working with thousands of patients, and groups - Dr. Larry has an immense amount of experience - that guides how she educates her patients and community.
Dr. Larry runs a private practice and founded Rituwell™ - a wellness community founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to build and sustain health - mind and body.
Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts. Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies.
