Three educational sessions led by Dr. Jodi Larry, ND (LIVE on Zoom). We urge you to attend live; recordings will be available if this is not possible. Thursdays October 16th, 23rd and October 30th, 2025 at 12 pm EST
- Session 1 - EDUCATE TO EMPOWER. The How and the Why. You will leave this session with a comprehensive understanding of the science behind clean eating and its impact on every aspect of your health.. We will also cover a complete preparation, so you will be ready to start the RESET on Monday. This session takes place before the RESET start day, so you still have plenty of time to prepare.
- Session 2 - Day 4 check-in! This will be an opportunity to check in, ask questions live in real-time, and get re-motivated to complete this journey! We will also start to explore concepts of self-compassion and relaxation as they relate to habit change.
- Session 3 - MOVING FORWARD AND NEXT STEPS. Now that you have successfully established these important rituals, we will discuss how to incorporate them into your regular lifestyle, in an effort to maintain and enhance optimal health each day.

Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. After 18 years working with thousands of patients, and groups - Dr. Larry has an immense amount of experience - that guides how she educates her patients and community.
Dr. Larry runs a private practice and founded Rituwell™ - a wellness community founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to build and sustain health - mind and body.
Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts. Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies.
