Resilience
A 4-week immersion with Dr. Jodi Larry, ND
LEARN WHAT RESILIENCE IS, WHY IT IS A PERTINENT SKILL SET FOR LIFE, AND HOW TO PRACTICE THESE TOOLS DURING ANY CHALLENGE IN YOUR LIFE.
This curriculum is designed to help you acquire life-changing tools and practices that will transform the way you live, love, parent, and lead. Life is messy. Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional. This immersion will teach you how to transform your pain into purpose and how to learn from every challenge, thereby growing stronger.
What is a resilient person?
A resilient person is someone who can effectively cope with and recover from challenging situations. They possess the ability to adapt to adversity, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain a positive outlook despite hardship. Resilience is not about being immune to pain or difficulty (that is impossible), but about the capacity to navigate those experiences in an attempt to emerge stronger.
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU DESERVES THIS EDUCATION AND THESE TOOLS.

THIS IS FOR ME!
"Joining Jodi’s group was life-changing for me.
I don’t know how to fully describe how Jodi’s openness, compassion and dedication to this work have been a container for my growth and learning.
Jodi brilliantly weaves her brand of humour, firmness and love into her work and her support for all the participants.
She is so present and so passionate that she is truly an inspiration to me. The work is hard, but so necessary.
Learning to be more vulnerable and present and to own my stories has been terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time.
It gives me hope for my future, compassion for my past and pushes me to be the best woman, mother, therapist, and human being (not doing) I can be.
Thank you, Jodi - truly, deeply and from the bottom of my heart."

Jodi is your best cheerleader, as it is not enough to just learn this work; one must be able to integrate it."

Take a peek at the curriculum…
Week 1 – Educate to empower! The first session will set the stage with a deep dive into the workings of our brain. Understanding the neuroscience of our human brain is KEY to impacting change. The mind is key to resilience. This week's education will be foundational and transformative.
Week 2 - What is resilience, and why is it an important tool to know about and practice
Week 3 – Understanding Shame - the antidote and blocker to resilience, risk taking and true change. We will also explore the pertinent practice of self-compassion - a foundational tool for resilience
Week 4 – Tools, Strategies and Practices to start building resilience and psychological flexibility
In 4 weeks, you will walk away with:
- Newfound courage to show up without fear or judgement of the outcome
- Heightened awareness of yourself (and others) and why you get emotionally triggered in the first place
- A clear path to improve all areas of your life with confidence
- A group of people you’ve made genuine connections with and can now lean on
- A robust toolkit of actions, thoughts, and behaviours to whip out when you feel a shame spiral coming on
- Actionable tactics to help you regulate your emotions
- Practical guidance on building and strengthening your resilience
- Improved leadership skills (as a colleague, leader, parent)
Because no one should go it alone…
… and in Rising Strong, you don’t have to.
I get a lot of inquiries about learning in a group setting. In my opinion, it’s the best way to integrate these teachings. Here are some reasons why group settings are the way to go:
- You’ll gain access to an intimate group dynamic that allows you to connect with others who are working through the same actions, behaviours, and feelings as you are
- You will get the opportunity to hold space for and learn from others
- You will become part of a supportive environment where others hold space for you
- You will have the opportunity to hone awareness in yourself and others
- You can work through the process in real time and in a safe space
- Others will inspire you (and believe it or not, you will inspire others)

I'm Dr. Jodi Larry, ND
Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. She had utilized natural health remedies since age 10 when an ND cured her of health issues that western medicine failed to remedy.
Dr. Larry runs a private practice and group wellness program founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become their best version. In addition, Dr. Larry is the CEO and Founder of Rituwell™ - a wellness brand dedicated to teaching people the foundational principles of health - mind, and body.
Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts.
Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies. After 19 years of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor - Dr. Larry believes five important rituals set the foundation for your health. They are Movement, Clean Food, Self Compassion, Gratitude, and Community.
