RESILIENCE
Â
Â
A Resilience-Building Experience with Dr. Jodi Larry, ND
Â
Learn what resilience is, why it’s an essential life skill, and how to apply these tools during any challenge you face.
This curriculum is designed to help you gain life-changing practices that transform the way you live, connect, and lead.
Life is messy—not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because you’re human, living a human experience.
Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional.
This immersive experience will teach you how to transform pain into purpose and use life’s challenges to become a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.  If you are a human being living in 2026 - these tools will help transform your life experience.
What Is a Resilient Person?
A resilient person is someone who can effectively face and recover stronger from challenging or traumatic experiences.
Resilient individuals adapt to adversity, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain a sense of hope and gratitude even in difficult times. Resilience isn’t about avoiding pain—that’s impossible—but about developing the capacity to move through it and emerge stronger.
Every one of you deserves access to these tools and this education.

"Joining Jodi’s group was life-changing for me.
I don’t know how to fully describe how Jodi’s openness, compassion and dedication to this work have been a container for my growth and learning.
Jodi brilliantly weaves her brand of humour, firmness and love into her work and her support for all the participants.
She is so present and so passionate that she is truly an inspiration to me. The work is hard, but so necessary.
Learning to be more vulnerable and present and to own my stories has been terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time.
It gives me hope for my future, compassion for my past and pushes me to be the best woman, mother, therapist, and human being (not doing) I can be.
Thank you, Jodi - truly, deeply and from the bottom of my heart."

The most important relationship we will ever have is with ourselves as it will impact every aspect of our life."

Take a peek at the curriculum…
Week 1 – Education to Empower
We begin by setting the foundation with a deep dive into what resilience truly is—and why it’s an essential life skill.
Week 2 – Understanding Your Brain
Gain a foundational understanding of neuroscience. When you understand how your brain works, you can begin to change it—strategically and effectively.
Week 3 – The Tools: Nutrition & Movement
Explore how nutrition and movement serve as powerful, practical tools for building resilience and supporting your overall well-being.
Week 4 – The Tools: Understanding Shame
This week introduces the concept of shame—one of the greatest barriers to resilience. While it’s a universal human experience, understanding it is key to removing the blocks to courage, growth, and connection.
Week 5 – The Tools: Self-Compassion & Personal Responsibility
Your relationship with yourself shapes your entire life experience. This week focuses on self-compassion and personal responsibility—two powerful forces that unlock meaningful and lasting change.
Every week, you won’t just learn—you’ll be supported in putting these tools into action.
Building resilience isn’t theoretical—it’s an active, ongoing practice. Awareness is where the work begins.
Â
In 5 weeks, you will walk away with:Â
Â
- Newfound courage to show up without fear or judgement of the outcome
- Heightened awareness of yourself (and others) and why you get emotionally triggered in the first place
- A clear path to improve all areas of your life with confidence
- A group of people you’ve made genuine connections with and can now lean on
- A robust toolkit of actions, thoughts, and behaviours to whip out when you feel a shame spiral coming on
- Actionable tactics to help you regulate your emotions
- Practical guidance on building and strengthening your resilience
- Improved leadership skills (as a colleague, leader, parent)
Â
Because no one should go it alone…
Â
I get a lot of inquiries about learning in a group setting. In my opinion, it’s the best way to integrate these teachings. Here are some reasons why group settings are the way to go:Â
Â
- You’ll gain access to an intimate group dynamic that allows you to connect with others who are working through the same actions, behaviours, and feelings as you are
- You will get the opportunity to hold space for and learn from others
- You will become part of a supportive environment where others hold space for youÂ
- You will have the opportunity to hone awareness in yourself and others
- You can work through the process in real time and in a safe space
 - Others will inspire you (and believe it or not, you will inspire others)

Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. She had utilized natural health remedies since age 10 when an ND cured her of health issues that western medicine failed to remedy.
Dr. Larry runs a private practice and group wellness program founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become their best version. In addition, Dr. Larry is the CEO and Founder of Rituwell™ - a wellness brand dedicated to teaching people the foundational principles of health - mind, and body.
Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts.
Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies. After 19 years of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor - Dr. Larry believes five important rituals set the foundation for your health. They are Movement, Clean Food, Self Compassion, Gratitude, and Community.
