  • Preparation is key to performance!                Every week will kick off on Monday at 12 pm.  We will meet for 60 mins LIVE on Zoom for Educational sessions with Dr. Jodi Larry, ND.  These sessions are aimed to prepare for a successful and intentional week of health choices and habits.  Intention creates Direction.  Education leads to empowerment
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays - Magical Morning Practice - 7:00 am for 20 mins.  On zoom - cameras off!  Start your day with calm, inspiration and intention.  This practice is life changing!
  • Friday check in and challenges with Dr. Jodi.  Every week will end with a 30 min check in to share wins and gain support with any challenges  

We are serious about change.  We know you need a lot of support and accountability.  This is why we meet 4 days per week

It will encourage you to stay focused on your goals by giving you the loving push to stay consistent in building new habits and ways of being that serve your health—both mind and body.

Rituwell™ stands for the rituals of wellness. The program embodies five main rituals as the foundation for optimal health.

The 5 rituals that we focus on as the foundation for health are:

  • Food
  • Movement
  • Self Compassion
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Community

MOVEMENT

Embrace the joy of physical activity tailored to your preferences and needs, ensuring consistent exercise to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

CLEAN EATING

Cultivate a nourishing relationship with food through mindful eating practices, focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods that fuel your body and support optimal health.

SELF-COMPASSION

Develop a nurturing and supportive relationship with yourself, fostering kindness, understanding, and forgiveness toward your own thoughts, feelings, and actions.

GRATITUDE

Cultivate an attitude of gratitude, acknowledging and appreciating the blessings and abundance in your life, fostering a positive mindset and enhancing overall happiness.

COMMUNITY

Join a supportive and uplifting community of like-minded individuals on a similar wellness journey, providing encouragement, accountability, and inspiration to help you stay motivated and committed to your health goals.

DATES AND DETAILS.

 

The Winter Rituwell™ Health Collective will run From February to March 2025 (excluding weekends).

This comprehensive program will provide you with the education, guidance, and accountability you need to build the foundational habits and rituals required for ultimate health.

Big commitment leads to big change. Commitment and discipline are key. This is why we meet on a regular and consistent basis for 3 months!

Weekly Schedule Winter 2025.  Feb 3rd - March 28th.

Monday at 12 pm - 60 min educational teaching and coaching with Dr. Jodi

Tuesday and Thursday mornings - 7 am - 20 mins morning study sessions - these are magic!

Friday - 12 pm - 30 mins to share wins and support challenges!

I'M DR. JODI LARRY, ND

Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. She had utilized natural health remedies since age 10 when an ND cured her of health issues that western medicine failed to remedy.

Dr. Larry runs a private practice and group wellness program founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become their best version. In addition, Dr. Larry is the CEO and Founder of Rituwell™ - a wellness brand dedicated to teaching people the foundational principles of health - mind, and body.

Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts.

Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies. After 18 years of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor - Dr. Larry believes five important rituals set the foundation for your health. They are Movement, Clean Food, Self Compassion, Gratitude, and Community.

Morning Study for 20 mins/day at 7:00 am

 

Repetition is KEY to change. The thoughts and activities you engage in first thing in the morning will impact your day. Starting your day with intention and inspiration is a game-changer for growth, momentum, and results. That is why it is the central part of this program.

Winter morning sessions will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am (20 mins - live on Zoom). Dr. Jodi and her team will lead these sessions.

It is encouraged that you show up live as much as possible. We aim for progress, not perfection. So, if you miss a call – listen to the recording and do the practice at some point in the day!

Each week will start with a 1-hour live session

These sessions are aimed to give you a roadmap to follow each week to reach your wellness goals.

We always work within the framework of the 5 pillars. Food, Movement, Self-Compassion, Gratitude/Cortex Time, & Community.

We then support you every day to ensure you keep moving forward!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Community, Accountability, and Support

 

Community and accountability are critical pillars for Rituwell.

We stay connected through the Geneva app daily - to stay inspired, share wins, stay focused, and ask questions!

We also use this app to practice the Rituwell pillars of gratitude, self-compassion, and community.
