Dates and Details
The Rituwell™
will run from Monday, January 9th – Monday, January 30th (excluding weekends)
This comprehensive program will provide you with all the foundational rituals, habits, education, guidance, and accountability you need to grow, evolve, and build optimal health with the power of community support and the guidance and structure provided by Dr. Jodi and the Rituwell team.
*These sessions will happen on zoom – LIVE in real time. They will be recorded if you cannot attend live.
What's Included

Morning Study
Repetition is KEY to change. Strong morning practice and starting your day with inspiration is a game changers!
Morning sessions will be held Tuesday - Friday, from 7:20 am – 7:40 am.
It is encouraged that you show up live as much as possible. We aim for progress, not perfection. So if you miss a call – listen to the recording and do the practice at some point in the day!

Weekly Coaching
Start your week with clear intention and motivation.
1-hour coaching session with Dr. Jodi on Mondays to kick off the week. (January 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th) at noon EST.
Each week will start with a 1-hour call to help get you clear on your goals, action steps, and intentions for the week.
These calls will surely start your week with inspiration, purpose, and motivation!

Weekly Yoga and Meditation
1 hour sessions hosted by a Rituwell Yoga Instructor on Friday January 13th, 20th, and 27th at 12:00pm EST.

2 monthly Cooking Classes
Clean Food is one of the 5 main pillars of Rituwell. These classes will keep you inspired and excited about food.
Hosted by Rituwell's Holistic Nutritionists, these sessions will take place on:
Sunday, January 22nd and 29th at 10 am EST.

I'm Dr. Jodi Larry, ND
Dr. Jodi Larry is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor (ND) who has been in practice since 2006. She had utilized natural health remedies since age 10 when an ND cured her of health issues that western medicine failed to remedy.
Dr. Larry runs a private practice and group wellness program founded on her mission to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to become their best version. In addition, Dr. Larry is the CEO and Founder of Rituwell™ - a wellness brand dedicated to teaching people the foundational principles of health - mind, and body.
Dr. Larry’s work is based on her fundamental belief that our health stems primarily from the foods we use to fuel our bodies and the environment we foster in our minds and hearts.
Proper self-care comes only when we establish a positive relationship with ourselves. From this place, we can begin to make positive choices for our bodies. After 16 years of practice as a Naturopathic Doctor - Dr. Larry believes five important rituals set the foundation for your health. They are Movement, Clean Food, Self Compassion, Gratitude, and Community.
